Necro Trap House

There’s never too much of a good thing - or so this gang believes. Even cast out from their House, they refuse to give up the high life.

Changelog
  • This Exile Path has been moved to its own dedicated page.
  • Always on Hand has been expanded:
    • most fighters begin each battle with 1 free Chem
    • Leaders and Champions begin with 2 free Chems
  • The downside has been reworked into a clearer dependency rule:
    • penalties now apply while a fighter is not currently under the effects of a Chem
  • This makes the gang’s Chem reliance more active during play rather than just a one-off check.
  • Existing Chem protection for Leaders and Champions has been retained and clarified.

Overview

A Necro Trap House gang relies on widespread chem use to enhance performance.

This Exile Path grants consistent access to chems, but increases the risk of overdose and long-term consequences.

Always on Hand

At the start of each battle, fighters in the gang gain access to chems.

  • Each fighter may choose one Chem at the start of the battle

  • Leaders and Champions may instead choose two different Chems

  • These Chems must be chosen from the standard Chem list

  • Stinger Mould and Icrotic Slime may not be selected

  • Each Chem may be:

    • Immediately applied
    • Or kept for use later in the battle
  • These Chems are free and do not cost credits

This applies to all fighters, including those that would not normally be able to take Chems.

Expert Addicts

The gang’s leaders are far beyond the point of dependency.

  • Leaders and Champions never gain the Addicted condition from Chems

Stepped-on Spur

The gang is used to pushing their limits.

  • When a Leader or Champion must test for Chem overdose due to taking multiple Chems:
    • They may re-roll the result

Chemical Dependency

The gang becomes reliant on their chemical enhancements.

  • While a fighter is not under the effects of a Chem, they suffer -1 Movement and -1 Cool.
  • These penalties are immediately removed while the fighter is under the effects of a Chem.
