The Palanite Justicars
Drawn from the upper hive and held to a higher standard, the Justicars are the uncompromising elite of the Palanite Enforcers. Where others enforce the law, they embody it—unyielding, relentless, and utterly without mercy.
This variant represents Palanite Justicars, an elite force within the Enforcers drawn from the upper hive. These fighters are more disciplined and fanatical in their duty, favouring resilience and sheer determination over flexibility.
Gameplay Changes

Executioners
A Champion may be upgraded to an Executioner for +80 credits.

Summary Judgement
If the Executioner takes an enemy fighter Out of Action with a Coup de Grace (Simple) action, any friendly fighters within 3" may immediately perform a Shoot (Free) action without removing their Ready marker, even if they are not Ready.
The Lex is my Shield
Justicars do not rely on physical barriers to protect them—their authority, discipline, and faith in the law are protection enough.
Fighters in this gang may not be equipped with any form of shield, including Assault Shields and Suppression Shields.
Agents of the Precinct
Though drawn from the upper hive, Justicars are not bound to a single role within the Palanite hierarchy. They are seconded from across multiple precincts, bringing their specialised training with them.
A Justicar gang must still select a Precinct (Prefecture) as normal, and gains all associated rules and benefits.
In the lower hive, the law is enforced. In the upper hive, it is absolute.
